SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All items are shipped within 24-48hrs of processed payment. We provide free shipping for all domestic & international orders. Delivery is estimated between 1-2 days within business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm). Allow up to an additional 3-4 days for international shipments. 

To make sure your order is shipped out as soon as possible, please ensure your billing address matches your shipping address for all credit card purchases. For Paypal transactions, please confirm your shipping address is correct. Any separate shipping/billing addresses may require additional verification such as photo ID, prior to shipping your order.

Once your order is processed, you will be provided with a tracking number. All packages are fully insured & must be signed for upon delivery.  

For International Shipments, taxes and duties will be responsible on behalf of the consumer. Please provide the correct contact information for customs to get in touch with you and release your package.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order. We will be happy to process a refund or exchange based upon the following policy:

- All returned items must be in the original condition it was sent without any use or wear. 
- All boxing and accessories to be returned in original packaging
- Return shipment & handling to be paid by consumer
- Please insure the package of the original purchased price (The Clarity Jewelers will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced packages)
- Items will be inspected and a refund/exchange will only be accepted if the criteria meets policy.
- All returned items in most cases will incur a 20% restocking fee due to labor and production
- If accepted, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
