Billing & Payment Terms:

Payment is due within 30 days from the completion of any orders for products or services rendered by our company. Outstanding balances beyond this period will be subject to an additional charge of 15% per annum, accruing monthly. Should accounts remain unsettled, we may initiate formal collection procedures or legal action. We reserve the right to modify these terms and caution against any false claims of unauthorized transactions, which will necessitate legal recourse.

Product Integrity Clause:

The Clarity Jewelers, LLC ensures all items are in pristine condition upon dispatch from our premises. We disclaim liability for any damages incurred during transit or thereafter. Notwithstanding, we provide a six-month limited warranty for a single repair or service, beyond which standard charges apply.

Return & Exchange Provisions:
We permit returns or exchanges of standard inventory within a 7-day period from the purchase date, provided the products are in their initial state and original packaging. Exceptions apply for layaway items, which are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 20-25% is applicable for requests post the 7-day window. Approval of returns or exchanges is at our discretion, with refunds processed within 3-5 business days. Duplicate refund requests, such as chargebacks following a refund, are deemed fraudulent and will invoke legal proceedings.

Custom Order Stipulations:
Custom orders necessitate a non-refundable design deposit of $500. Post-approval, production commences upon receipt of a 50% advance, with completion typically within 3-4 weeks, barring unforeseen delays. The design deposit will be credited towards thefinal invoice. Due to their bespoke nature, custom orders are final, non-refundable, and ineligible for return, acknowledging the associated production and labor investments.

Legal Undertakings:
By consenting to these terms and conditions, you agree to uphold all aforementioned policies. You shall defend, indemnify, and exonerate The Clarity Jewelers, LLC, including its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal matters arising from your purchase or use of our products, or breach of these terms. In legal actions involving The Clarity Jewelers, LLC, you consent to reimburse all related legal expenses incurred byThe Clarity Jewelers, LLC or its affiliates.

Dispute Resolution Clause:
In the event of disputes or issues arising from transactions, The Clarity Jewelers, LLC commits to undertaking a comprehensive review of the circumstances surrounding such instances on a case-by-case basis. Our intention is to engage in these matters with the utmost integrity and, in good faith, endeavor to arrive at an amicable resolution that is equitable for all parties involved. This approach underscores our dedication to customer satisfaction and fair business practices, affirming our commitment to fostering  relationships.
